    I can turn on BlackBerry Protect, but when i leave settings and come back, it will be off and there is a msg, "Unable to connect to the BlackBerry Protect service!" I cancel the msg log in with my id, leave settings, same process again. Can't turn on anti theft protection - Passport SE-1_blackberry-protect-unavailable.png

    I have already confirmed my email from previous device Z10. Can't turn on anti theft protection - Passport SE-2_email-confirmed-.png

    When i go to "protect blackberry website", my device is there, but anti-theft protection is off. Can't turn on anti theft protection - Passport SE-3_anti-theft-protection-unavailable.png

    BB Protect doesn't do much on BB!0 anyway, But it should still stay on so you can locate your device. Have you updated the app in BBW?
