    Hi guys, I have this Q10 with me and I love it so much (that I misplaced my smaller phone 2 days after purchase of my BB) and it is working perfectly but I found out that whenever I switch over to 3G, it goes offline even when my fellow colleague with a Q5 switches over to 3G and it's working perfectly.......Dunno how to sort it out! Thanks.....2

    have you checked with your carrier whether your 3G profile is switched on? or perhaps you should change your simcard with a USIM?

    Which Q10 variant are you using? What's the network and country of your sim card? Did you check the same sim card on another phone and get 3G coverage? Did you check another sim card (that you know for sure to have 3G) and get 3G in this phone?
