    while i open bbm on my balckberry q 10 it is showing"no blackberry data",bbm is unable to connect the server,please try again later.
    please give me a soloution for this...

    Do you have the BlackBerry "spots" icon on your Q10's status bar, normally it would be next to your signal bars?
    If you don't, that means you device is not currently connected to BlackBerry's servers as required to use BBM, try restarting the device.
    Common reasons are weak cell/data signal, your device is glitching and needs a reboot, connecting to the internet via WiFi that is filtered/firewalled for only a certain level of net access, or you are in a region were BBM is not allowed due to government or corporate restrictions.
