After upgrading my blackberry 10 I have not been able to view my display name or friends pas and dp while chatting

Hi there, not completely sure what you're asking. Is this in regard to not seeing display pics while in a BBM Chat?

Perhaps there's a typo or two, but I don't know exactly what you mean by "pas" or "dp" or "dps." I think dp is display pic, i.e. avatar.

Regardless, you can try a device reset first. (NOT the same as a restart.)

Hold down your top button for about 30 seconds. Keep pressing it down, ignoring onscreen countdown and restart option, BB splashscreen, and black screen. The red LED will turn on. As soon as LED turns off, release the top key.

Was anything better after that reboot?

Okay I'll guess that "pms" and "dps" are plural for PM and DP, meaning profile messages and display pics, respectively. I've edited the thread title a bit for you, to be more clear.

My bad I was meant to say display pic and profile message.btw I av done the power off but it's still same. Pls is there a way I can send a pic of the problem here?
