    I am using Z10 ST L 100-1 (10.3.1.2072). And when I restart my phone it get wipe every time. And I can't store backup also. Because phone can't take restart process.
    Please help....

    Try reloading your software, you will have to use a autoloader as you probably can't connect to BB link.

    Yea I already reload my software from autoloader. And yes I also can't connect my phone with bblink.
