    Does a smaller file work?

    Is it paired to another Z10 or is it paired to another type of device?

    Have you tried restarting both devices?

    (feels like we're playing 20 questions lol)

    Try this, if you haven't tried something like this already:

    Pick a device, let's say an Android phone. Delete your Z10 from its paired devices. Do the same for the Android on your Z10. Then, re-pair them.

    Also, how close are you keeping the Z10 to these other devices? Bluetooth has a limited range.
