    please am having issues with my BB Z10....when i send messages to contacts on my bbm mostly users of iphone and andriods...they do receive dem bt cant seems to be able to reply cos when they do...i cant receive their reply...all i see on our chat is the last message i sent with the delivery check symbols...please kindly assist me in resolving this issue....

    what phone do you have and what OS?
    I routinely chat with different OS platforms and there aren't any issues....
