    Hello Friends,
    I trying to playing them through inbuilt apps on the phone,but getting error ' an unexpected error occured' and I need to restart my phone, to resolve the problem for some time. Is it because of some virus? Please help!!!

    no virus. WHat OS do you have one your phone and what format are the audio and video files in?

    Mp3 and Mp4 formats and my OS is 10.3.1.1779..
