I'm using BlackBerry Passport SE. For several days can't browse the youtube page from default browser. Read so many complains regarding this issue. But cdn't find any solution to solve this. Deleted several times caches, cookies, history, other data but no result. Don't wanna reset or hard reset. Is there anyone can help me out with some useful advice or solution?

I think you need to reset the device. Or reinstall with an updated OS, if you haven't already.
It is 10.3.2.2836. Is there any other option except reset? My phone is fast and don't hv any problem at all.

Still not very useful, what error is it giving?
Does it appear to be loading?

Yeah it's appear as loading but nothing comes last. Just stop loading near 70% when mobile view and for desktop view 95%. But in both cases nothing come. Page remains white.

I know this is quite some time since the post, however, my z30 with bb10.3........ just recently (as of maybe a handful of days ago) has been doing EXACTLY as described above. Any thoughts on where to start? Keep it simple for me, plz. I'm not overly tech-savvy!
