    I am using BlackBerry Q5. I cant to open some applications downloaded from BlackBerry world. While it open a message shows "no internet connection" even have internet connection. How to solve this. Please help

    Are those applications by any chance Android ones?
    If so, do you have other Android apps installed?
    If so, do those work flawlessy?

    Ok, start by pressing and holding the up and down volume keys for 30 seconds. Ignore the screenshot and continue to hold the keys until you see the blue BlackBerry logo. Then release.
