I had Windows 7. It was no issue just plugging in my Priv like any Android phone I've ever had, and being able to open up my photos from Windows to transfer them to my desktop. But since I upgraded to Windows 10, it only says "This folder is empty"?

I'd rather do it directly from Windows than through the Desktop Software, which I'm having huge problems getting to work because it won't sign me in and recognize my device.

    Marshmallow or Lollipop?

    Latest drivers?

What mode is the Priv set to (if Marshmallow, there should be a dropdown notification)?

Have you tried using a different USB port? If you are using the front ports try the back, if using the back ports try the front. Also try a different cable. Have you tried restarting both devices?
