Ok guys, I must confess I did mess up with firmware upgrade process. Yesterday I downloaded the unofficial leaked firmware for BlackBerry z10. It had only one file of 1.33 Gb which was a .exe file. What I did then was I connected my phone to the PC via USB and ran the exe file. When the phone started it wasn't upgraded to 10.3.1.1151. I noticed that now I cudn't make calls with the phone now. Whenever I make call it shows the following message :
    Can't make calls, PLZ HELP-img_20141124_182441_edit.png
Everything else works fine. There's no prbm wid sim as it works fine in other phone. Kindly help. What's wrong and how can the prbm be corrected.

scroll down a bit for the radios.

You might have to use Sachesi to update to a previous version.

Os version is the problem, you downloaded different versions of OS and radio. Download an autoloader for 10.3.1.1151 for your device model. And just do a fresh install with it.
    Download from here https://drive.bitcasa.com/send/2H1RJ...2-bO8oX_oGU4KC

10.3.0.1052 is old and unstable for devices other than Passport, so it's better if he installs the latest OS 10.3.1.1151

The problem, in short, is that your radio (firmware for the antenna ) and OS (firmware for device) aren't compatible.

Your firmware update installed the new radio but not the new OS.

The old OS doesn't know how to talk to the new radio, so the device is a bit confused on how to handle calls.

Your options are to update your OS again. Or to revert to the old radio.

Keep in mind that, as jevinzac said, 10.3.1.1151 is very stable.
    (sorry for not explaining earlier)

The radio is a bar, Using Sachesi you can sideload it to the device. This will revert you back to working order.

jevinzac had a link to the auto loader, but here's a link to the thread. http://forums.crackberry.com/showthread.php?t=976478

    Here's a link for Sachesi, http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-le...taller-825409/

If you downloaded the autoloader, backup your device and just run the .exe file.

If you downloaded the radio, install Sachesi from the thread linked above. Go to the install tab. Login, and check the install previous versions box. Then just drag the bar file to the drop area.

is file Z10_10.03.01.1151_STL100-1.7z an autoloader file?

Sorry, missed where you gave the file name.
    That's the autoloader.

Using a program like 7-zip, extract the .exe file.
    Backup your device with Link.
    Run the .exe.

Type 'myver' into a text field to make sure you have the correct autoloader though.

The file you have is for the STL100-1, make sure it matches your device model.

You need to extract the 7z file using WinRar or 7zip. Then double click the .exe file(autoloader). Then it opens up a command prompt showing "connecting to bootrom". At that time connect ur phone to the PC using a USB cable. It should reset your Z10, and your Z10 will switch off and show a Green LED light. After updating, your phone will boot up to the initial setup screen. And now everything should be perfect.
But if you had done this and still you get the same Old OS version, then you wipe your device first using SIC wipe(download from http://www.mediafire.com/download/qk...tiwipe_1.2.rar). And open SIC wipe, and connect your phone, it should wipe it completely and no OS will be on the phone, after its done. Do the same procedure as mentioned in the first para.

I think I spotted the problem now. I clean wiped the phone and installed autoloader of firmware 10.3.0.1052, it has radio version of 10.3.0.1053. It works fine now. Actually the problem lied in the autoloader of firmware 10.3.1.1151 which was corrupted since I downloaded it from some unreliable site. Am downloading now from the link that u gave. Thanks a million to u guys,my BlackBerry z10 is alive and kicking again. U rock...
