    After updating to the latest software, whenever i try to download or update an apk/android app, it keeps saying "The installation failed because the package is already installed" (as shown in the attached image)
    Can't install any APK after updating to 10.3.1-img_20150221_010818.png

    Also, whenever i try to open the 'Amazon Appstore' this comes up
    Can't install any APK after updating to 10.3.1-img_20150221_224409.png
    and i accept it and then it closes a second after i do. Please help.

    Some information about my phone:

    -BlackBerry Z10 STL100-2
    -BlackBerry OS 10.3.1.2243 / SR 10.3.1.1565

    First off, welcome to CrackBerry!

    I cleaned up the thread title and your post a bit and corrected the OS version number. (BB10 version numbers are confusing: 10.3.1.1565 is actually the "Software Release" version for OS 10.3.1.2243.)

    Hopefully someone can help you with your issue.
