    For about a week now I have been trying to get into BlackBerry world but it keeps saying "There is a problem with connection and BlackBerry world must close".....how do I get over this please??????

    Ask any of your friend to share any app on bbm...it will share the link to bb world...they may resolved the issue...

    I'm also having the same problem. Started about three days ago. Incidentally, I received a notification saying an update was available for BlackBerry World. Couldn't update of course because BlackBerry World wouldn't open because of a 'connection problem'. Anyone know what's going on?

    Same problem on 10.2.1 and a restore didn't fix it either. I'm thinking a complete reboot maybe the only option.

    I have, and iv tried various date & times and it's made no Difference. I think the only option will be a complete wipe and reboot (back up data first)!
