Are you doing an Autoloader update? This should take, if not do a backup (BB-Link etc.) and do a full wipe then run autoloader for current version 10.3.1.2558 on it, should take.
Well, have you tried the three options to update it?
Try openin INTERNET EXPLORER (It's the only one which works) and then do a browser-in update.
