[CrackBerry Question]

Please can you help? I am using the Blackberry Passport don't know how the vision impaired function was turned on and I have no way to access to the phone to turn it off. As now the screen is all black and can't see the normal screen... I just kept turn it on and off and by luck, I can get back to the main screen but not long, it gone to black again. But when I pressed the on/off button, i hear the voice ask me to swipe by two fingers but never work...

Please advice what should I do as once I got back in it seems work ok but in few minutes it gone back to black screen but I know the phone is still on as I hear the email comes in tone..

I believe screen reader can be deactivated by pressing the lock button three times.
