    So I just bought my BlackBerry Passport and I added all my email accounts, Facebook and others but I cannot seem to be able to add Facebook. I've deleted the app and reinstalled it, rebooted my device several times and even a hard reset but none of it helps to solve the issue. Help anyone??

    Here's the error it gives me :

    Can't add my Twitter account to the hub-img_20140925_193304.png

    Username should be written without the "@"?

    Edit: it seems like its not working on my Z10 too. It's giving me the same error as the OP is getting.

    It gives me the same error with or without the '@'.

    If you're getting it too then it could be a bug with this version of Twitter

    Just updated my Z10 to 10.3.0.1154 and getting the same error in Twittter. Didn't have this issue on other 10.3 leaks.

    I'm just setting up my Passport, and I have the same issue. Didn't have any problem on my Z30.

    With Blaq, and Neatly it works fine. (Other than they don't seem to be formatted for the Passport's screen.)

    I wonder if it's an issue with this version of the OS and the Twitter app.

    I'm having the same issue!

    Blaq works but it shows big black squares on the right side of some tweets, like the app isn't even ready for the Passport.

    I hope BlackBerry fixes the twitter issue. It's so bad.

    We need to get BlackBerry aware of the issue so that they can look into it and fix it then since so many of us are having the same problem

    If the error still is there, try using the registered email address instead of the username. It may work.
