[CrackBerry Question]

Can't access internet, and cannot access the "settings". - when I press settings something momentarily pops up but not anything you can action. I have switched off etc and re booted. And taken out battery to re set etc so been through the whole re load.
Wi-fi in "blue" which indicates should be working, but cannot access settings to sort data access etc.
Cannot access anything that needs internet. Was working fine 24 hours ago and I have all photos and messages up to then. Thanks

As in you used an autoloader? And then restored a backup? If so, you might have loaded the issue right back onto your device. Try using an autoloader, complete the setup without a restore, and see if the error remains.

Thought about a factory reset? Or are you unable to access that?

As bla1ze mentioned there's the auto loader option, or what about using BlackBerry Protect to remotely wipe your device?
