when I click on my browser and go to aol.com - the home screen comes up. I click on the envelope to go to mail, enter my password and a lock with a yellow exclamation point comes up and it says GAH! DEFAULT Report ID: mobile-a01-20140905-155820. This number changes each time

this has only happened since I was in contact with blackberry and we re-installed the software and the re-stored by back up

You need to understand BBRY uses HTML5 and AOL's website might now be compatible with it, or AOL has made changes to their site recently that makes it non-workable on your BB10 device and or OS.

Maybe try clearing your browser cookies, they might have become corrupted during the backup/restore,.. or are device dependent.

In browser tap on the three dots, settings, privacy and security, clear cookies.
