    I have BlackBerry z10 stl100-3. I the BlackBerry world show new update but when I check update software it says "your phone is up to date". Please help.

    The update does not happen from BB World.
    I take it in you are in India. Check here to see if the upate has been pushed to you yet http://forums.crackberry.com/blackbe...2/index21.html
