Cannot synchronize contacts from Microsoft Exchange accnt to Blackberry Hub+ on Samsung S7 Edge

I installed Blackberry Hub+ app and successfully synchonized emails. Not able though to do the same with contacts and calendar. I select the corresponding folders for sync but no content shows up. Is there a bug? Do I need to install the Contacts app too? Please Help!!! Claudio Garavaso

If you didn't install the Contacts and Calendar app that are by BlackBerry... there is your problem.

Either install those versions induced with HUB+, or you'll have to add those accounts to the apps you are using.
