    Millions,

    Please help! I am sending in my Q10 for repair (its a lemon) and was given a loaner Q10 through my dealer. I backed everything up on my old Q10 and tried to restore the file to the loaner Q10. When I went to restore it, I was told I needed to upgrade to the newest BB software to be compatible, so I did that. But then when I went to restore my data, I clicked on the backup file, hit restore, and it says it is "restoring data". Great! But after about a minute when its finished, I check my phone, nothing has transferred over! I've lost all my contacts, APPs, password keeper, conversations....everything! The only thing I still have are my photos that were on the micro SD card.

    Please help, any suggestions??

    Try again, don't do full back up. Just click on custom, do the contacts option first and see how that goes
