    The request to enter BlackBerry is to make sure you don't accidentally use up all 10 of your password guesses by mistake (say, while the phone is actually in your pocket).

    I don't think anyone can really help you. You just have to type BlackBerry, and then you probably have 5 guesses for your password before the device will be wiped.
    Maybe if you have an unencrypted SD card you should remove it. I'm not sure if the automatic wipe removes SD card content or not.
