    hi, my bb z10 is dead, today y was trying to turn on mi cel phone but nothing happened so i decide to connect my devide to the pc and my phone comes to restart over and over again, i just try using bb link, bb device desktop but i have no lucky.
    what can i do?

    Download an OS that is good for your phone. Go to the leaked OS thread. Then follow the directions in my signature. There is a guide to help you load an OS.
