    I am receiving unwanted calls and would like to block the number. The only problem is that I seem to have no call blocker. I googles how to do it, I swipe down in the phone, click on settings, and no block calls option. Is there a reason for this? Can I fix it? If not are there any good apps for blocking calls?

    The call block feature is OS related. You are running a OS version that doesn't have it.
