Hello,
From Amazon App on my Passport, i can see each apps, check them, but at the end when i want download from cloud, nothing happen and Amazon said : "Download fail".

I try install it another time, but fail again.

Amy idea ? Thank you ! :-)

Try to go into settings and be sure that Parental Controls are off.
Log out and log back in
If it doesn't work try to reboot.
Still nothing?
try to run Ccleaner. It's an android app and can be downloaded trough Snap but if you don't have snap download from here

If you still have the issue i would suggest you to back your phone-up and try to wipe it.
Before putting back the data try Amazon app.

Can't be deleted because it's pre-installed. But maybe try this and search for Amazon by clicking CTRL+F maybe you can delete it?

Hello, thank you for your reply and help.
Parental control is off, i run too Ccleaner, i log off and on once a time, but problem still going.

I think i have now to reset my Passport. Do i ?
