    My phone suddenly stopped accepting a charge via my car charger and PC cable. I can charge a battery externally and swap them out but thats a hassle. I also cannot access my Q10 via the USB to sync with my PC.

    My cords are in as NEW condition, the usb port on my appears like NEW as well. Phone is VERY will cared for so damage just doesn't seem likely. I also took it into an AT&T Device Support Center and they said the USB connection looked fine.

    Model SQN100-5
    OS 10.2.1.3062

    I've tried pulling the battery for 24+hours without any change.

    Any ideas?

    Try different cables, just to be sure
