[CrackBerry Question]

I was with T-mobile changed to EE as my plan was running out. I cannot get in Facebook & Blackberry world without wifi connection. It gives me the following message. You are currently on service plan that requires wifi connection. If you want to use this application outside of wifi, please contact your service provider to upgrade your data plan. my service provider says that they cannot help

Might sound dumb, but you have a data plan right? Or a BIS plan if you're using a BBOS phone.
