Cannot add credit card or PayPal accounts on payments option

When I try to add a credit card on the payment option, it won't let me add the state of the country the card is of (in this case, Santa Catarina - Brazil), when I try to either put the full name or the abbreviation, nothing happens.
As for the PayPal issue, I followed Blackberry's support and updated the payments option on blackberry world, and this leaded me to the error aw30972vq.

I can't add neither credit cards or my PayPal accont, PLEASE someone help me.

UPDATE:
I did try to change the payments option on my PC as some threads said to do, but this option was apparently removed by BlackBerry.

PayPal has stated that they are no longer supporting BB10... which is quite surprising because if I recall, BBM integrated PayPal into BBM...

They aren't supporting the legacy and BB10 apps, BBM is still supported fine.

I'd suggest that you contact BlackBerry support in Brazil, maybe they have a way to input the info into your account.
