I am with Bell Mobility - my ring tone comes in at 2 and then goes to voice mail - want to change this to at least 6

Generally this is something they do at the Carrier... you have to contact them. Some have it as an option you can change in your account settings. Others don't have the capability - usually not something you can change with prepaid.

Your problem is probably due to your call being transferred... the countdown (timing for some, not rings) starts when your Carrier register the call, but then has to reroute it to where you are.
