    I have a z30 and a 1900mzh connection to 4g but the z30 does not work in that frequency what can I do there is a way the z30 can work in 1900 MHZ 4GLTE

    No. You would need your Z30 to have whichever 1900 MHz LTE band it is that your carrier is using for LTE.
