    Not sure.. If i'm correct you should be able to select more than once at the time if you long press one, than in the overflow menu there is a button that says something like select more or multiple. But you need to hit every single email from that moment if i'm correct...

    You can long press on a date line and select delete prior from the side menu in OS10. Will delete everything prior to that date.

    If I pinch in the mail to show only unread and then delete prior... what would it do? Delete the unread or all? If it deleted the unread it would make sense

    This does not work in emails on my Z10 running latest OS 10.2. Have they taken the option out? after writing this I tried again and got a different menu! It seems it is crucial where you press!

    You have to actually press on the date in the date bar
