Except Samsung does not support adoptable storage like the BlackBerry Android devices. This uses your SD card as encrypted device storage.

It is more convenient and secure to be able to move data on a SD card from phone to phone to computer etc. This is how it was in the distant past up tp BB passport. BB do not seem to have the expertise to do it with android only their own operating system. Good thing Samsung is there. When the Priv is updated to S7 level in this respect I will start using it again. Pity as the Priv is a far superior phone to me except for the inability to encrypt decrypt SD cards.
