    Since I downloaded Windows 10 my BB Link does not work, says the Operating system is not configured for this software. I changed to Office 16 about the same time so I am not sure what the problem is.

    I have all of that. No issues with Link. Download the latest Link, which is part of the blend package, from www.BlackBerry.com/blend.

    Install as administrator.

    Inspired by your post, I uninstalled everything BB on my pc then installed the blend again , and eventually it did sync. Maybe there was too much BB software of various vintages sitting there. I have my calendar update back and now I'm happy........thank you!
