    Hello,

    I'm using the BlackBerry Z3 with OS 10. I'm having trouble connecting to wifi connections. The device can connect to my home wifi with no problem at all, but it s always difficult to connect to wifi on other places. It always connecting... or give an error message 'connection time out', while my android device can connect to those wifi with no problem at all.

    Then I tried to turn on my android phone's mobile hotspot feature using my mobile data to connect to the internet. My wife's android phone connects to the hotspot directly, but my Z3 still has difficulties connecting to it.

    Is it something wrong with the wifi setting on my Z3? Why can it connect to my house wifi but not to others?
