    When taking a phone call I can't hear the caller, if I put it in speaker I can hear fine but can't use the phone to my ear.

    Any ideas??

    What OS do you have? Could be a hardware could be software.
    Make sure your mute button is not turned on. Also check BBVE and see if there is a problem with your ear speaker.
