I have purchased these two phone the Z10 was with Verizon and the Q10 with Sprint. The Z10 presents as unlocked, the Q10 maybe/probably. I managed to get the Z10 to make one phone call then it would no longer find a network. Even in Global mode. The Z10 recognizes my sim card but still won't access the Rogers network. I get even less from the Q10

The Z10 is using OS 10.3.2.858 and model # STL 100-4

The Q10 is using OS 10.2.1.3358 and model # SQN 100-4

Q10: no. It's a Sprint Q10 which cannot be unlocked. You might as well try to sell it to a Sprint user in the US.

Z10: you should be able to use it on Rogers, but only on 2G. Can you check under Settings>Networks and Connections>Mobile Network>Network Mode and set it to 2G? The phone is a Verizon phone so its unlocked.
