    Scratches on screen, minor but worrying.

    Searched polish but nothing found. Want to use a positive step, and then a screen protector.

    Never heard of it. Wouldn't a polish affect the touchscreen?

    Probably a wipe with a Tshirt and screen protector would prevent further scratches.

    I would not risk it. You would polish off any anti-glare or anti-fingerprint coatings on the glass.
    Also, if your polish is not the same grit as the OEM, it would dull the finish and look permanently "hazed".
