It helps when you specify, well, something.. like which phone you bought, and which carrier you are planning on using it on, if its unlocked, etc. There's really nothing we can do with the information you just provided (or didn't).
You mean they actually have a wireless network in Cuba? Should I be surprised if someone other than the Brothers Castro runs it? :)

If you plan or continuing to use your BELL package, you would be best answered to call Bell and speak with them regarding a roaming package while there.
