    With the older phones it's pretty much disable passwords and wipe the phone. New user would then set it up with their own BBID.

    Also good to remove the SIM Card and let them get their own.

    Is your phone Carrier locked? Will the new owner be using it on a different Carrier? If locked it might be easier for you to call and have it unlocked.
