    Go here. You can, locate, lock, wipe the phone, display message or ring.

    Keep in mind you have to have had BlackBerry Protect also turned on. If not contact your carrier, they may be able to track it to nearest cell tower.

    Hi, I too lost my simfree z10 last year. but kept on trying to track it using protect.blackberry.com. but off late the phone is not registered in my ID and is not visible in manage devices on the site. my hunch is that the ID has been changed on my lost phone. is there a way to track it? i do have the phone's PIN with me.
