Not curently but later this year, with the release os BlackBerry 10.3.1, you'll be able to use the OneNote app.
You mean use the Android OneNote app I assume?

I'm running 10.3.1.1016 and am finally able to launch the OneNote app from the Amazon App Store, and access my online files with it.
I don't know if the data syncs locally yet but from the looks of it the files are being access via the cloud.
