i can not locate my phone, think it was stolen. I did not activate blackberry protect. Is there any way to track my phone without it?

If you know the serial number of the phone you may be able to call the large carriers and have them black-list the phone.
But that wont help you locate it, just may make it difficult for someone to use it or sell it. Outside of that I don't think there's a way to track outside of BB_protect.
