I have a bold 9900 and want to try the Q10, I currently have a sim card for it and saw another post that was saying to just get an additionnal sim card. Can I actually have 2 sim card active with my provider (Koodo) ?

You can have multiple sim cards, but with different phone number of course. And you will need to obtain a different BBID for your q10 if you want to use both simultaneously. Unless you want to switch device.

I do not want to use both device simultaneously, I just want to be able to switch device on the fly.

Yes! You can switch SIM cards no problem.

    This is not possible.

You can have just one sim card registered under your phone number.... some providers offer shared plans so all you need to do is set up call forwarding.....

    Sorry to disappoint you
