[CrackBerry Question]

Hi,

I currently have a Q10 under contract with Vodafone UK. I installed the latest OS update 10.3.1 which has caused the following issues:

1. The phone became very laggy.
2. I was unable to use the camera as it gave the error "your device has to cool down to start camera"
3. The phone wasn't picking up the Vodafone connection and was on "emergency calls only" mode even though in the settings it says its connected to Vodafone UK.
4. The phone wasn't unable to be synced to Blackberry Link
5. The phone isn't able to be charged whether through the laptop or a primary power source.

Would be great to know whats going on right now with the OS update and need any help possible! Thanks.

The OS needs time to settle down, about a day or so. If the issues still persist, I'd suggest a clean upgrade i.e. backing up, performing a security wipe and proceeding with the upgrade from there.

All of the issues you listed are the issues tied to upgrade as noted by other users as well.

I ended up doing about three full reboots before things started running well. You could try that, I read somewhere that even after the update there are things going on in the background
