i have tried everything!!! downloaded every suggestion. bb contact list is still empty. wont recognize my external sd card. google play wont open. states manufacturer wont allow. if i cant access my contacts unfortunately i will have to return thus device
You are transferring your contacts via a backup made in Link, correct? to a Z30 from which device?

What device? what OS?
What external card? in which device? Did you do a backup with Link? Are you using Link now (because you need to)
