    My 9900 black berry bold with snapdragon chipset wont connect to the blackberry service / data service, It works on wifi though. but when the wifi is off Im able to use it as just a phone, I've tried everything taking it to the store and removing battery a million times and restoring software to factory settings, wiping the phone over and over and it still doesn't work..

    The service provider is Etisalat - Dubai-UAE

    Can anyone help??

    you need a BIS account from your cell provider. Call them and get it set up
