Can I get some help with a few problems I am having with my Z10 after upgrading to 10.3.1?

hello everybody

we are company with 150 blackberry z10 and now after updating to 10.3.1 some devices has some problems. (Right now 10)

- after wakeup icons are very big and there is no lockscreen
- i can zoom in and out on every screen as big as i want
- Keyboard doesn't work well at the edges

Hope someone can help me. The problem is known when I google it, but now solution so far.

Go to Settings, Accessibility and see if magnify mode is turned on. If so, turn it off.
