    I deleted several old apps, but notice they go all to a deleted apps tab or folder and keeps them there. Is there a way I can permanently delete those?

    When you delete apps on the phone they are gone.
    However, if you got the app from BlackBerry World for example you can still see those under tab "available" (in Google Play Store there is a similar list somewhere).
    You can long-press the items here and select remove if you really hated the app.
