When I try to add an Office365 email account to my BB10 device, I continuously get instructed to insert my 'device password'. The problem is that I do not particularly want my device to be locking up every 10 minutes. In fact, I would prefer it not lock at all.

I've tried to turn off 'device password' after installing Office365, but it will not turn off. As a result, I now have to enter password every ten minutes.

Does anyone know if there is a way to avoid 'device password' or avoiding device locking up when programming an Office365 account?

    Tnx!!

Your office365 admin has set a security requirement on the server. You can't get around this. You can set your device to only lock every 1, though.
